Ordering & Shipping
Domestic orders arrive in 2–4 business days. International orders typically take 6–10 business days, depending on customs processing in your country. Each order is hand-packed and sealed the day it ships.
Yes — we currently ship to over 40 countries. Duties and import taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order leaves the atelier. If it hasn't arrived within an hour of shipping confirmation, check your spam folder or write to us directly.
Fragrance & Fit
Start with our discovery set of five 2ml vials. Wear each on skin, not paper, for a full day before deciding — a fragrance reveals itself differently on every wearer over the first eight hours.
With 4–6 sprays a day, a 50ml bottle typically lasts 4–6 months. Our extrait concentration means a little goes further than a standard eau de parfum.
Our "For Him" and "For Her" collections are composed with a particular wearer in mind, but nothing about them is restricted — many clients wear across the full range. Our Unisex line was built with no gendered reference point at all.
Ingredients & Sourcing
Both, deliberately. Natural absolutes give a composition its soul; select synthetic molecules give it staying power and stability that nature alone can't always provide. We disclose the reasoning behind every material on request.
Never. All safety testing is conducted through in-vitro and human patch methods, in line with EU cosmetic regulation.

Care & Storage
Keep it upright, away from direct sunlight and heat — a closed cabinet or drawer is ideal. Bathrooms, with their humidity swings, are the least forgiving place to keep a bottle.
Stored properly, an unopened bottle holds its character for 5+ years. Once opened, we suggest using it within 2–3 years for the truest expression of the composition.
Returns
Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened bottles are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, but we're glad to help you exchange for a better fit via our discovery set.
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the packaging and bottle. We'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item first.
